The 2019 Wimbledon Final features two of the best ever to play the game of tennis: Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer meet Sunday at Centre Court to determine who’ll claim the 133rd edition of tennis’ oldest Grand Slam.
Federer already holds the record for most Grand Slam titles in men’s singles history with 20, and he’ll look to extend it in his 12th Wimbledon Final. Defending champion Djokovic looks to spoil the party and pick up his 16 career major.
The two last met in the final of a Grand Slam at the 2015 U.S. Open, and haven’t met at Wimbledon since the final that same year. Djokovic won both of those meetings and holds a 25-22 edge in head-to-head matchups with Federer.
Nobody’s had more success at Wimbledon than Federer, and that reputation will be put to the test when he faces Djokovic on Sunday.
