Ryan Reynolds shed a little light on the kind of gift giver his wife Blake Lively is this week. The actor posted a series of photos on his Instagram of the “greatest gift” she ever gave him. No, it wasn’t their two daughters James and Ines or their third baby on the way; Reynolds was referring to her best material gift. Lively, it turns out, is very thoughtful with her presents. She had a painting by Danny Galieote commissioned that had a lot of personal meaning to Reynolds packed into it.

As Reynolds explained in his caption: “My first job was delivering newspapers for the Vancouver Sun. The house in the painting is my childhood home. My brothers and I spent years trying to kill each other on that lawn. There are a lot of Easter eggs in the painting, including my idol, John Candy on the front page of the newspaper. The house no longer stands but it’s a living, breathing thing in my head. This piece of art is the greatest present my wife has ever given me. It was created by @dannygalieote. If there’s ever a fire, I’m grabbing this first. I’ll come back for Blake.”

Lively has been relatively out of the lime light this year. She revealed her third pregnancy at the premiere of her husband’s film Detective Pikachu in May.

A source told People that month that she and Reynolds were doing great and very excited to welcome their third child soon. “They are so happy and excited about having another baby,” the source said. “They really are the most in-love and in-tune couple, and very hands-on parents. They’d have a dozen kids if they could.”
